Rens van Rijn

From a young age I grew up with photography as my dad was processing and printing black-and-white at home. Later on I started to develop an interest in military aviation, which led to a professional career as an F-16 Mechanical Specialist for over 10 years.

Then I pursued another dream in exploring my creative side and taking Phodocu to the next level. I studied Communications & Multimedia Design, got my ICT bachelor degree and put my gained knowledge to work.

Besides from being a professional aviation photographer, I am just passionate about photography in general and also like to shoot nature, wildlife, landscapes, concerts, HDR, architecture and other challenging subjects. Furthermore I enjoy travelling the world, playing drums, keys or bass, listening to various styles of music and do woodworking.
